The law firm was founded in 2005 in Bergamo, Italy  by Lucrezia Caroli, with the aim to providing legal representation in Italy to foreign customers in the field of private international law. With the addition of Deborah Di Bitonto, an expert in Italian commercial law and corporate law, the firm expanded its practice areas integrating them to the international context of our customers.
